The cornerstone of D and S Homes Inc. is the vision and expertise of Darin Davis (left) and Stephen Bock (right), each with over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry.  They opened their own building and development company in 1997, after knowing each other since childhood and spending years working within separate fields in the real estate industry.

In January of 2002, D and S Development expanded its ownership ranks with the addition of Francisco Leon, Frank Lawrence and Martin Barrett to become D and S Homes Inc.  This new team of entrepreneurial professionals has over 75 years of combined experience in Real Estate building and development.

D and S Homes builds new single family detached homes and attached communities in areas such as Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Reseda, Thousand Oaks and Mammoth Lakes.  In addition, the company has purchased several individual single family detached homes in various stages of distress, and successfully improved the properties in areas such as North Hollywood, Studio City, Calabasas, West Hills, Van Nuys and Granada Hills.
